Every few years the Council conducts a thorough review of the Technical Standards Process Handbook or the Handbook, which serves as a guide for the SOC process. The newly developed Infiltration Trench (1007) standard is now posted to the DNRPost-Construction Standards webpage. The standard was developed to conform to existing stormwater infiltration laws and regulations, including NR 151.12 and Comm 82.365.
The Council has updated the current two-year Technical Standards Process Work Plan based on agency priorities and resource availability. Three ongoing work teams will completed their work and release the standards before the end of the year, and multiple new teams will be convened. The 2011 Accomplishment Report was also completed.
